my question is why should a greek foreign minister call a turkish foreign minister a "friend" .
how much can an enemy who occupies illegally a part of a greek island cyprus be a "friend"?

its unacceptable to call any occupier a "friend".
turkey has to withdraw entirely from cyprus and respect dozens of uno resolutions and only AFTER that, greece and turkey could even start to restart diplomatic relations until then all diplomatic relations should be frozen.

Turkey will never back done from their deep state agenda, which is Pan-Turkic states. It cannot digest the fact of Greece' independence from the ottoman occupancy. We must be realistic and use our force, only by force will Turkey accept our position. Turkey doesn't have the capability of fighting a tactical war with the historical army of Greece.
